The caregivers that the company sent us were very good. They made a big difference for me. We needed the caregivers to wake us up to give Tory her medicine. It helped us sleep much more. The company did their best at very short notice to find us caregivers to stay with us 24/7.

I do not have them every day. She is a good companion. I do not need a lot of physical care. She does a lot around the house. She goes out with me when I have to go shopping. I have had the same person for several years. They are very good about following up. My late husband also had their care also. They do a good job.

She comes on weekends, and my father is a total care patient, so she takes care of everything that I need her to. She helps with changing, giving meds, and other daily tasks. The way that they call me each week to make sure it's okay. Our caretaker is fabulous, and I couldn't ask for better.

They need to be a little more aware of what is going on with their clients. BrightStar is good at what they do, but they should get more feedback than just checking in once a week. I would recommend them better if they had a better way of checking on their employees, more than calling in and asking if they're fine. They need to track them better.

They seem to be intimidated by me. Sometimes when they try to work with me or through me, they seem intimidated. They are very one-on-one. She considers her caretakers as sisters and that is important for my daughter. If they were too formal, she would not have been happy.

They pick up my loved one and take her anywhere she needs to go, such as going shopping. The services allow us to not have to do so many things. I like the personnel and nurses because they're very nice.

They have given me my infusions. If I have any questions, and the nurse doesn't have the answer, she will notify me when she does. They have good nursing staff. If I have any questions, I can get answers. If I have a problem with being home when the medicine is going to be delivered on the day of infusion, they can help. They're just helpful, all around.

They should have had backup when a caregiver called out, and the CNAs should have known what they were doing. We had a caregiver who only received training for two days. The first nurse was wonderful, but there were problems when a caregiver would call out. Because of this, I had to go back and forth with my job.

I haven't had a problem with them at all. The people that didn't work out with her got moved to be with someone else. She is getting out and doing stuff outside. She is excelling. They have always tried to go above and beyond to fulfill my needs. They are trustworthy. I have had a great experience.

The people that they have are very caring, nurturing, and basically down-home, good people. We had kind of an emergency situation where my father was sick and my mother needed care. They had people for us in less than 24 hours. We are very happy with them.

I don't really have a daily life. I had a back surgery, and she helps me. With the nurse I have, any kind of rescheduling, she makes sure she is able to get there for me to take care of my PICC line.

My caregiver has been above and beyond with grocery shopping and you name it. My caregiver will just pop over on their own time, even when they are not paid for it. It has just been amazing and wonderful. I have found a personal friend, which is needed. We bonded and the caregiver has been fantastic.

The drugs get shipped to my loved one. There seems to be a lot of confusion with the medication being shipped. They changed carriers halfway through and not it's not definite if my loved one gets it on time or not.

They help by sending qualified people out and being easy to work with and they are nothing but professional. They don't let my mother affect them. I would say that they just move heaven and earth to provide care if they can. Someone from BrightStar Care even picked my mother up from the hospital.

The services they provide with medication boost my immunity and help me to take care of myself. It helps me to do things that I would not be able to do myself. They give good quality care and the nurses that come out to give me infusions work with me and are very good at what they do.

The amount of skills that the nurses have is reassuring to me. When having a pediatric and adult case, we have to schedule things differently. Each nurse, regardless of age, has preferences of clients. When they get clients that match with the nurses' preferences, it makes things so much smoother.

BrightStar Care had excellent communication and I liked the quality of the staff. They tried very hard to accommodate our schedule, which changed frequently, and I felt like it was a hometown business. They don't feel like a big corporation because they care about their neighbors. They provided a service that I couldn't get any place else.

BrightStar Care has always taken care of everything. There is one girl that does my IV very well and BrightStar Care makes sure I get her every time. It's great they do that for me. With BrightStar Care, I'm not as sick and I don't have to go to the hospital to get IV treatments.

They could keep consistency with the same people, the CNA we have is wonderful, but sometimes the office isn't as helpful. The actual CNA they send comes on a regular basis and she is excellent.

When I called to inquire about them, they sent a professional out and spent plenty of time with me. The communication process is good, but the intake process was great. They seem to have been able to queue in on what the client's needs are.

My loved one isn't just a costumer to them. They know my loved one. They know what they do and don't like and meet all their needs. I have been very impressed with the quality and kindness of the caregivers they have sent to my loved one. The company itself is outstanding and always tries to serve us the best they can. I live far away from my loved one, so having caregivers come eases my worry tremendously. I feel like they are cared for, and I feel like I have a relationship with BrightStar Care.

BrightStar Care impressed me because they were readily available, timely and responsive. BrightStar Care was fine and thought they were doing what was needed but it just turned out not to be what we needed. The services didn't work out very well and it was partly because of my loved one and partly because the caregivers weren't well trained on mental problems.

I would tell a friend that BrightStar Care has qualified people. We get to select them and see if they work out well with my loved one. We've had one or two who didn't work out, but overall, things have gone very well for my wife. My wife doesn't like to be trapped in the house because she can't drive. I don't think that we could do without BrightStar Care as far as my wife is concerned. She needs constant supervision so she doesn't fall. The caregivers have to be aware of that she so doesn't fall.
